W.E. Duo
(Weiru Sheng and Erdong Li)
A virtuoso violin and guitar duo, W.E. Duo is Weiru Sheng, violin, and Erdong Li, guitar.
W.E. Duo has performed throughout China and the U.S.A., including recent performances at: Shenzhen Grand Theater, Changsha International Guitar Festival, Wenzhou Guitar Chamber Festival. Legacy Hall (Columbus, GA), Southern Guitar Festival (Columbia, SC), and Beijing Music Radio Channel. The duo has an annual tour across China, frequently selling out concerts and always “giving brilliant and energetic performances.” (Kevin de Miranda, American Guitarist). In 2018, W.E. Duo recorded their first violin guitar album (release forthcoming). In 2016, having won the Southern Guitar Festival chamber division, W.E. Duo was invited to return as competition judges in 2017 and perform a concert.

Weiru Sheng and Erdong Li each hold Masters Degrees from Columbus State University (Columbus, GA); Mr. Li completed his undergraduate degree at the Central Conservatory of Music in China (Beijing). Currently Ms. Sheng and Mr. Li teach at Columbus State University (Columbus, GA), and William Pu Music Academy School (Atlanta, GA).
